At the 92 RNC convention I was told that the 11th was a time sensitive rule: Basically it was valid from Labor Day to Election Day.... Mr. Barbour is that STILL the case?
Remember y'all politics can be FUN but we're doing it for people like the lady I saw on the DC metro. Let's think about starting the 11th on August 26th?
