Yes i know he dyed his hair to "stand out" but Ryan Lochte was  a SENIOR MEMBER of #TeamUSA 
Lochte is a 4-Time Olympian who "fled" Brazil leaving the young swimmer to take the heat



I find this DISGUSTING.....
